Gold production next year at Great Panther Silver’s Guanajuato Mine expected to exceed this year’s level by 33 percent

Gold production next year at Great Panther Silver Ltd.’s Guanajuato Mine is expected to exceed this year’s level by 33 percent or an average of 200 ounces per month, the Vancouver-based company said Wednesday.

Great Panther Silver also said underground drilling at its flagship operation confirmed that a zone of gold and silver extends to a depth of 390 meters.

The company also said the drilling confirmed that that several veins of precious metals are in continuity with each other at a depth of 435 meters to 500 meters.

Shares rose 3.2 percent to $2.26 in midday trading. – Ibtimes
