Pakistan gold prices surge to Rs 47,828

Gold moved up by Rs 86 to close at Rs 47,828 per 10 grams in the local market Tuesday as its international price improved to $ 1,626 an ounce, market sources said.

According to Karachi Saraf Association official, tola (11.664 grams) price also went up by Rs 100 to Rs 55,800.

Silver closed higher at Rs 857.14 per 10 grams. -APP
