Platinum dropped to a two-year low

Cash platinum fell for a fourth day, losing as much 1.1 percent to $1,406 an ounce, the lowest level since Dec. 23, 2009. Palladium declined 0.4 percent, also dropping for a fourth day, to $616 an ounce.
